DoKomi is the biggest anime and Japan Expo in Germany! ?

On the 8th and 9th of June 2019 Dokomi will enter the next round, offering you an extraordinary convention with an outstanding program, varied activities and countless exhibitors, vendors and artists!

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Tournament is a Main Event! ?

As part of the DoKomi we also give you the chance to participate in exciting gaming and e-sports tournaments. One of the main tournaments this year is Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for the Nintendo Switch!

Information about the tournament ?️

▪ The tournament can feature up to 512 participants!
▪ Up to 80 setups and a dedicated freeplay area.
▪ 2-day Major tournament by Team Calyptus.
▪ The Monday after is a german national holiday.
▪ The exhibition hall offers near infinite space.
▪ Large projector screen and crowd area, Top 8 on the main stage.
▪ Participants are allowed to use all offers of the DoKomi!

The game is played according to competitive tournament rules.
The tournament system is double elimination with best-of-3 matches. Starting with the Top32 qualifiers its best-of-5.

The tournament uses the bring your own switch system, so each participant must bring his own switch console including game and controller. Although, if you do not have a switch, you can still participate. Simply check the respective box when registering.

 

Registration and admission ?

Every tournament participant needs an admission ticket to DoKomi!
You can buy your Tickets at the Counter or preorder them online from the DoKomi Ticket-Shop

Weekend Ticket: 45€ (Saturday + Sunday)
Saturday Ticket: 29€ (Ultimate Pools)
Sunday Ticket: 27€ (Ultimate Top 32, Side Events)

The participation fee for the Smash tournament is 10€ and must be paid in advance by signing up on smash.gg
Registration closes on May 31st and will not be possible on-site.

Pot is already included into the Ticket!

The entrypoint to the DoKomi will be at the East Entrance and opens at 10am on both days.
Because of the security controls, the admittance may take a little longer, so please make sure to arrive early!
The tournament will take place in the gaming area in hall 14.

 

Prize money and prizes ?

You can win prize money worth 5€ per tournament participant.
That’s up to 2560€! (If the participant cap is reached)

In addition, we have great prizes, which are provided by sponsors.
